Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

Where are you based?
Afrodite Shop is run by Imane from Hefei, China, and orders are shipped internationally from there.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 10–20 business days. During holidays or customs delays it can take a little longer.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee is $20

Will I pay customs fees or import duties?
No. Duties and import fees are already covered, so you won’t have anything extra to pay when your package arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of purchase. After your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Problems

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. You can choose a free replacement (if available) or a refund.

What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows your package as lost, or it hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country. See our Refund Policy for details.

Our Jewelry

Is your jewelry waterproof?
Most of our jewelry is made from stainless steel with a gold or silver finish that is waterproof and tarnish-resistant. Each product page lists its material.
