Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ, Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ, Mexico ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ and Europe ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders of $70 or more
  • Orders under $70: a $20 flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

All orders ship from China.
Estimated delivery time is 10โ€“20 business days after your order ships. During busy periods or customs delays, delivery can take a little longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Customs & Duties
Customs fees and import duties are covered by us. You wonโ€™t pay anything extra when your package arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays
Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, carrier issues, weather, holidays or peak seasons. If your order is taking longer than expected, just email us and we will check on it for you.
